Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect. 2. We accept exchanges within 7 working days. 3. In the event of items sent are wrong, You have 15 days Exchange upon receiving of Your goods. 4. Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange unless is caused by our negligence. 5. All items must be returned with their original packaging and must be unused, unworn, or undamaged condition. 6. The management of GaiGai reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. 7. No refund policy applies. If you wish to exchange for a different item entirely, we will first refund you with a gift card and you may place a new order for the item.
