1. Gaigai.com.my is intended for use by Customers who reside in Malaysia.
2. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of Your payment.
3. Shipping is FREE within WEST Malaysia for purchases above RM 150.00; Shipping is RM10 within
EAST Malaysia for purchases above RM150.00
4. For purchasing below RM 150.00, the delivery charges are as follows:
− West Malaysia: RM10
− East Malaysia : RM20
5. Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Best Express is 2-5 working days.
6. Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Best Express is 5-10 working days.
7. Expect delays during the holidays and during sales promotions.
IV. Prices
1. Prices of Products are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on Gaigai.com.my.
2. Prices of Products are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Prices of Products displayed exclude delivery costs as such delivery costs may vary depending on
the amount of Your order.
V. Products
1. The pictures of the Products on Gaigai.com.my are for illustrative purposes only.
2. These products may be in limited supply and are only returnable or exchangeable according to
our Exchange Policy.
3. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. We
cannot guarantee that Your device’s display of any color will be accurate. Products purchased
may vary slightly from those pictures.
4. We reserve the right to make changes to Gaigai.com.my at any time including the Product prices,
specifications, descriptions, offers and availability.
5. We have the right to limit the number of products we offer at any time.

You purchased or obtained will match Your expectations.
VI. Customize Order/ Pre-order
1. Please be aware that all customize order or pre-order take 1 to 2 weeks from fabrication.
2. Customize order or pre-order are not allow refunds/ exchanges.
3. Exchanges are only allowed unless you received the wrong item, please refer our Exchange
Policy.
4. All sales are FINAL. No refund will be made.
